MeloDrone + Clubhouse Event Space Case Study
Clubhouse Eventspace is located above the greens of Royal Woodbine Golf Club, it boasts a massive 5,000 square foot outdoor patio and a fully finished modern interior. The Patio area has 2 levels, outdoor bars, Cedar Pergula, beautiful gardens and is completely private. The Patio is ideal for Wedding Ceremonies, Outdoor Receptions, Cocktail parties and just about any event you can think of hosting. With a modern and sleek interior, you have the choice to host your event indoors or outdoors. The indoors has state of the art AV, large bar and private lounge. The floor to ceiling windows allows a perfect view to the outdoors from anywhere in the room.
3D Guided Tour
Clubhouse Eventspace wanted to impress their guests with an immersive 3D Virtual Guided Tour of their venue. Our immersive tour was perfectly suited to showcase their small space with Mattertags and information hotspots with ease.
The outdoor space was particularly special since it was shot in direct sunlight using Lidar technology.
Tour Navigation Menu
We created a Tour Navigation Menu to easily allow visitoros to find their wsay around the event space. This has made it much easier for venue staff to reference the specific locations thruought their location for visitors and customers to see online.
HDR Photography
The below HDR images were provided to Clubhouse Eventspace, un-edited and un-branded. This allows them to use the images on their website and marketing initiatives without the need for hiring an expensive photographer. No long right agreements, no licensing fees or right management.
Interior/Exterior 360s
MeloDrone provided Clubhouse Eventspace with dozens of interior and exterior 360 globe images that can be embedded into their website or uploaded directly to social-media as panorama images Their social media visitors absolutely loved the visuals!
Google Street View Submission
Buzzed Buds in Pickering is officially on the map! As a Trusted Google Street View Photographer, we submitted Buzzed Buds interior panoramas to Google Street View where their customers can find them 24/7/365.

What's next for MeloDrone and Buzzed buds?
After completing our first project with Buzzed Buds. We were able to come to an agreement to create our virtual marketing tours for all of their existing locations as well as future locations. We are so proud to be part of the Buzzed Buds legacy.
